Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world I feel like I can't take it, like my heart's going to cave in.

The concept of GROW and SHOW is simple.

"If I want a tree wholly made good, I take it when young, and, cutting the stem clean off on the ground, I graft it just where it emerges from the soil.  But just where the sap rises into the sunshine to ripen into fruit, the wise gardener hath clothed the stem with new life, through which the old sap is purified, and all the powers of the old nature are renewed to the bringing forth of good fruit.
Here I have a tree entirely renewed - an emblem of the Christian who has learnt in entire consecration to surrender everything for Christ, and in a whole-hearted faith wholly to abide in Him.” (Abide In Christ, Andrew Murray)

I am a tree with old, evil roots that are under the careful watch of the Vinedresser, who has grafted the life of Christ into my life (Mt 12.33). This visual representation of King Jesus’ love has become the very cornerstone of my life.  I see my being as nothing other than a tree that has been made anew to bear good fruit to the glory of the Father.
I exist for the purpose of growing as much good fruit as grace enables.  The more abundant the fruit, the clearer the representation we become of the new life within us - King Jesus.  I exist for the purpose of showing forth all of the fruit that I bear.  We show our fruitfulness in deeds, in speech and in dispositions.  Simply stated, the banner over my life is to look as much like King Jesus as possible and to show forth His nature in every single possible way.  NOW.God has planted a vision in my brain to continue what I have begun with the people in Les Cayes.  He has imprinted His love for these people upon my heart.  Additionally, He has revealed the great need for the Haitian people to see His nature made manifest through the fruits of loyalty, faithfulness and commitment.  Despite my old nature rising up and showing itself, God continues to be committed to my welfare; therefore it is my duty to treat these souls with the same love.   God has brought a need to my attention and I believe that he has equipped me in King Jesus to meet that need.  In January 2015, I will return to Les Cayes to begin the process of developing a therapy-based curriculum to initiate in the Restovec Freedom Alliance orphan homes.  The RFA rescues children out of indentured servant-hood and slavery.  Many of these children experience sexual, mental and physical abuse during their bondage.  My goal is to develop a set of counseling techniques that will assist these kids in resolving their internal conflicts, eradicating behaviors of aggression and avoidance and restoring their state of normalcy.  LET US SHOW FORTH THE FRUITS THAT WE HAVE GROWN.LET US GROW THE FRUITS THAT WE ARE SHOWN BY OTHERS.LET THIS BE THE CYCLE THAT CHARACTERIZES OUR EXISTENCE.Dex!
